My Background
I have 22 years of personal experience in domestic violence. I have made a decision to no longer be silent and to share how to persevere and thrive after domestic violence. As a Nurse, and a christian, I have also mentored and guided women on how to remove themselves from difficult situations, and find resources to help them.
My Approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping others cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for others to explore their inner feelings and work towards their desired outcomes.
